Flexography, as the name implies, uses flexible printing with a raised image that are mounted on a rotating cylinder. This cylinder picks up liquid ink and simultaneously transfers the image to the substrate.
Our state-of-the-art flexographic presses produce the highest quality full color labels in the quantity you need, when you need them.
Serigraphy, also known as silk screening, screen printing or serigraph printing, is a stencil-based printing process in which ink is forced through a fine screen onto the substrate beneath. Screens were originally made of silk, but they are now made of finely woven polyester or nylon.
One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design.

Rotary die cutting is die cutting using a cylindrical die on a rotary press. A long sheet or web of material will be fed through the press in to an area known as a “station” which holds a rotary tool that will cut out shapes, make perforations or creases, or even cut the sheet or web into smaller parts.
Rotary die cutting is often done in line with printing. High efficiency and low failure rate.
Flat bed die-cutting is a process used for the cutting, creasing, embossing, waste stripping, and blank separation of a range of sheet materials, from light papers and carton board, through heavy solid board, plastic and in-mold labels (IML), to micro-flutes and most types of corrugated board.
Our laminating system brings together the substrates and adhesives weather formed inline by a single spacer, supplied on a reel, or fed as individual sheets. the system can laminate simultaneously multiple strips of adhesives and tapes.
There are many different films and substrates used in varying applications. PET, PVC films are available.
Ultimately the end use application should determine the materials used.
